It all started under the leadership of Eckart Witzigmann, the first and only "Chef of the Century" from outside France. Four international chefs now cook fantastic menus, especially created for the Culinary Way of St. Jacobs in Tyrol, every year in the summertime at four mountain chalets. The dishes are of course prepared with only the best regional ingredients.
