ISCHGL‘S NEXT TOPMODEL
Ischgl is looking for the most beautiful girl in the world: The "Queen of the World" will be elected in the Tyrolean event ski metropolis Ischgl on 13th December 2008. Beauty queens from 50 countries will present themselves to the jury.
The third largest beauty contest in the world is returning to Ischgl: On 13th December 2008, the "Queen of the World" will be elected in the Tyrolean lifestyle metropolis for the second time - at 2,600 metres above sea level. A modern construction of steel and glass on the Pardatschgrat, the Pardorama, with its terrific views of the mountain panorama, offers the perfect setting for this superlative beauty contest. From Australia to Nigeria, from Korea to Iceland - the most beautiful of the beautiful from more than 50 countries present themselves to a celebrity jury in Austria's highest event centre. One of them will be crowned at the exciting finale on 13th December.
Erich Reindl, founder of "Miss Austria" and organiser of "Miss Germany" and "Miss World" for 20 years now, is an expert regarding Miss contests and, as coorganiser, will guarantee a glamorous top event. Queen of the World contests have already taken place in Moscow on the Red Square or in a Boeing 767 from Berlin to Frankfurt. In 2008 the contest is coming to Ischgl in the Tyrolean Alps for the second time in a row. The international celebrity flair and the unique setting of the Pardorama at a height of 2,600 metres make the ski resort the ideal location.
