“Spielplatz Schnee” in Galtür

Most children are all excited when it comes to learning how to ski. Silvretta Galtür ski school makes sure that they start off with the right technique during a six-day ski course with fun and entertainment. Together with Siggi, learning how to ski is a walk in the (snow) park!

Skiing is fun!

The trained instructors of the ski school teach kids aged three and above how to master their first playful turns in the snow. As your first days on the slope can be quite a challenge, the most important thing about the course is for the children to have fun. Consequently, the many activities with and without skis are all about having a good time in the snow together with your new friends. The child-friendly sections of Galtür’s Silvapark are the perfect place to frolic in the snow!

A week of adventures

The adventure begins … The little ski bunnies meet their instructors and learn about the perfect equipment for a day in the snow. Afterwards, the kids head to the magic carpet to try their first turns.

Parents welcome! The “Bambiniland” is the perfect place for the youngest winter sports athletes. Parents can watch their little angels from the parent’s terrace.

Day three starts with a fun trip to the Wild West and learning how to slow down on skis, followed by a relaxing break.

Of course, no Wild West adventure would be perfect without the right costume! That’s why the afternoon is spent dressing up as cowboys and Indians …

Today is all about learning how to do turns and ski around obstacles – complete with a keepsake photo at Silvapark’s spectacular photo spot!

If the little ski stars feel up to it, they can head to the big conveyor belt on day 5 and try their hand at slalom turns.

Watch out! While everyone’s busy practicing, one child hides Siggi’s snacks – time for a little treasure hunt in the snow! If you find the lost snacks, there’s a small surprise from Siggi!

All good things come to an end. But before heading home, it’s time for the little ski bunnies to show off what they have learned!

After mastering the slalom course, the kids become “Siggi’s snow heroes” and are awarded with a badge reminding them of their fun-filled week in the snow.
