Area of responsibility

Commercial management, coordination and division of duties for the restaurant service team.
Creation of the table plans
Service and support for the restaurant guests
Supervision of kitchen and service activities
Coordination of the menu plan
Handling of complaints
Ensuring compliance with hygienic standards
