Summer in Galtür is full of unforgettable moments. With Alpkogelbahn cable car, you can ride up to the stunning mountain world and enjoy unrivalled panoramic views. At 1,974 metres above sea level, numerous hiking trails and activities are waiting for you.

During your ride to the top, you can marvel at Tyrol’s breathtaking mountains and experience the Paznaun valley in all its splendour. Before embarking on your mountain adventure, you should have a look at the many ticket options – we have listed all of them for you!

By the way: Holders of a Silvretta Card Premium get to use the cable cars in the entire Paznaun valley, in Samnaun and the Montafon/Brandnertal valley free of charge!

Operating hours of the cable cars

Do you love to spend your time in the mountains when it’s warm outside? Alpkogelbahn cable car swiftly takes you up to the mountains of Galtür. From June to October, you can enjoy comfortable cable car rides to the top.

Daily operating hours:

  • 9:00 am – 4:45 pm (last ascent and descent: 4:40 pm)
