Thrilling Schlager music at 2,300 metres: at the “Top of the Mountain Spring Concert”, Ben Zucker transformed the Idalp in Ischgl into an energetic open-air stage and thrilled more than 8,000 fans with an emotional show. The artist did not let the changeable weather – ranging from sleet to sunny spells – deter him from offering his fans a thoroughly rousing experience. Another highlight of “Spring Blanc”, which impressively continues the musical spring in the Alps.
Around 8,000 visitors created a lively atmosphere at Idalp, making the concert another highlight of the winter season. From the very first notes, Ben Zucker had the audience spellbound: with his distinctive voice, commanding stage presence and palpable passion, he transformed the Ischgl Stage into an emotional concert arena.
What was particularly striking was the closeness the artist sought with his audience – not just during the show, but right from the start. Ben Zucker came across as very likeable and authentic throughout, treating his fans as equals and thus creating a personal connection that defined the entire concert. The audience responded enthusiastically, repaying him with a lively atmosphere and great excitement.
Together with his band, the artist put on a powerful show blending pop, rock and Schlager. With his distinctive, husky voice, he gave songs such as “Was für eine geile Zeit”, “Wer sagt das?!” , “Heute nicht?!” and “Na und”, as well as tracks from his latest album “Kämpferherz”, an unmistakable depth. The varied setlist thrilled the audience, whilst powerful guitars, catchy melodies and honest lyrics lent the concert a special intensity.
Against the stunning backdrop of the Silvretta Arena, a thrilling atmosphere took hold that extended far beyond the stage. Music, mountains and the audience merged into a shared experience which – carried by his distinctive, smoky voice – lasted well into the afternoon, despite the changeable weather, making the “Top of the Mountain Spring Concert” an unforgettable moment in Ischgl’s events calendar.
