The
Viderjoch Trail is suitable for both beginners and more advanced bikers and
offers riding fun at the highest level. With magnificent views, the route
starts at the Flimjochbahn mountain station. On the well-maintained trail, the route first leads through rocky
terrain. Partly winding and partly straight, it continues to a forest road
before the trail branches off to the left again into varied terrain. After
crossing the next forest road, the route leads through increasingly lush
vegetation. The difference in altitude already covered becomes more and more
noticeable: the landscape becomes greener, the meadows wider and the trail
invites riders to cruise along with plenty of flow. Bend by bend, it leads down
to Alp Trida. From there, several options are available: ambitious bikers can
continue directly onto the Duty Free Ride Laret–Samnaun. Alternatively, the
gentler Trider Sattel Trail, accessible via the Alp Trider Sattelbahn cable
car, is a good option. Returning to the starting point with the Flimsattelbahn
cable car is also possible.
With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: Ischgl Silvrettabahn
