On Sunday, 12 July 2026, the third Culinary Paznaun Mountain Lodge Party will take place on the Faulbrunn Alm in Galtür.
At 2,000 metres above sea level, alpine authenticity meets true culinary craftsmanship. Hermann Huber, head chef at the Almhof in Galtür, personally takes to the stove and brings his passion for high-quality, seasonal ingredients to the plate. Many of the products he uses come from the family’s own farm, reflecting a deep connection to the region. He is equally dedicated to his award-winning dairy and the production of Paznaun Alpine cheese – authentic, full of character, and firmly rooted in alpine tradition.
