Attention mountain biking fans: The Ischgl Ironbike is a top-class cycling event that pushes even licensed riders to their limits. The extreme distance – the Ischgl Ironbike Marathon – is the most challenging course of the entire event. But the other races are also demanding – and not just in terms of performance: The route was once used by smugglers to transport goods between Ischgl and Samnaun.
Up-and-coming talents are also warmly welcomed at the Ischgl Ironbike. At the Kids & Juniors Trophy presented by Volksbank Tirol, they can prove their skills and get a taste of competition. With various distance offerings for each age group, it is ensured that fun is not missed out on.
A well-known classic is the Short Track: As the name suggests, the focus is not on distance. Rather, speed and technique are required when it comes to mastering the trails that wind between opposing slopes in Ischgl.
NEW: Gravel bikes can participate in the Light course and score in a separate ranking.
At the Ischgl Ironbike, you can expect a challenging mountain bike race on spectacular trails through the alpine mountain world surrounding Ischgl. Different course lengths combine athletic challenges with impressive nature and real racing excitement.
