Their training corresponds to the curriculum of the apprenticeships for restaurant specialist and chef. They are skilled professionals in both the kitchen and in service. Their responsibilities encompass a diverse range: from preparing a wide variety of dishes to serving them, from creating menus to purchasing and storing food… our hospitality apprentices can actively participate in all of this and much more in our small, family-run business! This means that working with us is not only varied, but also teaches them how to work flexibly in different roles. This is an important skill for their future careers!
