We are looking for a competent and motivated bar manager (m/f/d).

Management of the hotel bar
Development of an attractive drinks and cocktail concept
Training and motivation of the bar team
Ensuring quality and hygiene standards
Responsibility for warehouse management and orders
Active participation in events, theme evenings and specials

Completed training in the catering industry or several years of experience in the catering or hotel industry
Cocktail knowledge
Resilience and flexibility
Working independently
Enjoyment of the job and attention to detail
excellent specialist knowledge
committed and motivated team member
well-groomed appearance
