Presentation, decoration & plating of the food
Dedicated work in the à la carte kitchen as well as the guesthouse kitchen
Compliance and control of HACCP guidelines
Support with ordering and menu design
Cross-departmental collaboration
Training of the Commis de Cuisine

Completed training in the catering industry or several years of experience in the catering or hotel industry
