You are a clean and quick chef/cook or experienced kitchen assistent worker with à la carte experience. You are interested in seasonal work. You are ready to spoil our international guests with delicious dishes, mainly from Austrian cuisine, together with a pleasant and friendly team. You value an efficient kitchen process with consistent quality every day. Then you should contact us.

Working as a team in our à la carte kitchen

evening operation only

Working hours:

14:00 h - 22:30/23:00 h daily, minus daily break, 1 fixed rest day per week

Preparation time in the afternoon

Service time from 5:30 pm

Training as a chef with completed apprenticeship after Austrian or German training
Alternatively, well-trained with several years of cooking experience; good and experienced kitchen staff is also possible
Alternatively, hotel management training with a focus on kitchen
Experience in the catering industry, preferably in the à la carte area
Prompt implementation of the instructions of the chef and management
consistent work quality
Fast and clean work
Product and commodity knowledge
Knowledge of Austrian cuisine
Teamwork and honesty
Humor and optimism
Balance, patience and enjoyment of work
Endurance (the season lasts 5 months during which you usually get vacation)
clean and tidy appearance

Language skills: German would be good but at least good English must be spoken and understood!!
