Golden Summits in Paznaun 2025: Six weeks of culture, cuisine and sporting experiences amidst golden autumn landscapes
The Golden Summits will enter their next round in 2025: between 30 August and 12 October, Ischgl, Galtür, Kappl and See will be transformed into a multifaceted autumn stage. Guests can look forward to gourmet markets, sporting events, music events, cattle drives and autumnal nature experiences – all set against the golden backdrop of the Tyrolean Alps.
When Paznaun is cloaked in golden colours, the Golden Summits event series begins, showcasing autumn at its most intense. From 30 August to 12 October 2025, the towns of Galtür, Ischgl, Kappl and See will present a varied programme of regional cuisine, moving musical moments, challenging sporting events and authentic Tyrolean culture. Whether hiking, celebrating or simply enjoying yourself – autumn becomes an experience here.

- 30 August: 16th Paznaun Market Day in Ischgl – regionality meets joie de vivre: visitors enjoy local specialities, craftsmanship and musical entertainment in the centre of Ischgl.
- 4 to 6 September: E-Bike World Championships for Everyone in Ischgl – The E-Bike World Championships for Everyone offers routes for e-bikers of all levels and a colourful supporting programme.
- 19 to 21 September: Geigerman & Wanderbird in Kappl and See – sport meets adventure: action lovers will get their money's worth at the relay triathlon with trail running, paragliding and mountain biking, as well as at the Hike & Fly event "Wanderbird Trophy".
- 26 September: Schlager Night in See – Atmospheric autumn concert with pop star Marc Pircher and special guest Markus Wohlfahrt.
- 27 September: International Alpine Cheese Olympics in Galtür – cheese specialities from across the Alpine region compete against each other. Tasting is expressly encouraged.
- 2nd to 5th October: Ischgl Classics – the classical music festival in the Alps: A multi-day music festival featuring renowned artists and focusing on classical works in a special setting.
- until 12 October: Extended autumn season operation of the mountain railways – visitors can enjoy guided hikes, bike tours, cattle drives and regional culinary offerings until the golden days of October.
